How can my child discover their God-given gifts?
We believe that each child has a unique, God-given calling in life. Outside of Language Arts and Math, your child will participate in countless projects and pursuits to refine their passions and discover their path.
What type of education style do you follow?
We do not follow a specific education or teaching style. We’ve taken inspiration from our favorite styles of learning to uniquely craft our approach. We focus on student-led learning with the support of highly skilled guides and small group learnings. We utilize interactive learning tools, hands-on projects, and the Socratic Method for discussions.
How much homework will there be?
There is no homework. We believe kids need to live life, enjoy their families, engage in their community, and participate in extracurriculars. We believe that is their homework.
How much screen time will kids have each day?
At Freedom Academy, we believe technology is a tool, not a babysitter. We believe in the power of balance. Students will have approximately 90 minutes of technology-based learning combined with hands-on, project-based learning activities.

How can "every child change the world?"
We believe each of our students have God-given gifts and passions unique to them. By using these gifts and passions to serve others, they can change the world. It may be becoming an entrepreneur or business leader guided by compassion and integrity. It may be a charity founder committed to life and liberty for all.
How can I track my child's progress without grades?
You can track your child’s progress through student portfolios, goal monitoring, and online dashboards.
Will children be grouped by age or grade?
Our studios utilize mix-aged learning. Our studios consist of Preschool-Kinder, 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, Middle High: 7-9, and High School: 10-12. We use a mastery learning approach for Language Arts and Math.
Will Freedom Academy prepare my child for college?
Through their learning and discovery, your child will be prepared to pursue their God-given gifts, regardless of whether it requires a college-driven path or entrepreneurial pursuit.

Mastery of Core Academic Skills
Students in learner-driven environments not only quickly advance through their Reading, Writing, and Math, but also become more skilled in the real-world application of their lessons, as we focus heavily on applied academics.
A Love Of Learning
We believe that every child has been given God-given gifts, and it’s our duty to create the opportunity for every child to discover their gifts, and then rigorously hone them over time. We do this by honoring each child – their work, abilities, and power.
Accountability And Leadership
Students are responsible for managing their time and schedule according to their top priorities. Students have the opportunity to gain freedom and responsibility through their contributions and actions in class.
Happier, Connected Families
We believe in transparency and participation with parents. As such, parents, students and guides (teachers) work together to build each child’s annual learning plan. This fuels more opportunities for parents and their children work together to achieve their goals and thrive.
